AprintaPro PrintaFix Adhesive Spray at IGO3D

PrintaFix is the solution to warping. With its powerful formula, it keeps your 3D print securely attached to the build plate until your model is complete. PrintaFix works with all common materials and any model size, from small and delicate to large and hard. Application takes just seconds. Simply shake and spray an even coat. One 100ml bottle of PrintaFix is sufficient for up to 150 3D prints on average. During the printing process, PrintaFix bonds with the build plate and the printing material to ensure a secure bond. PrintaFix is ideal for PLA, PET-G, PLA- or PET-G-based filaments, as well as wood- or carbon fiber-filled filaments. After printing, allow the material to cool and lift it to release it. If you have used a lot of product or have a large area on the build plate, use a scraper to lift a corner and continue around the print.

Using AprintaPro PrintaFix

Preparation: Remove the build plate from the printer. The build plate should be at room temperature, free of dust and residue, and undamaged.
Application: Shake the PrintaFix bottle and hold it 10 cm away from the build plate. Spray enough times to cover the entire build plate with a thin film of the solution. Overlap the sprays to avoid uncovered areas that could compromise adhesion. Let it dry for 30 seconds.
Printing: Reinsert the build plate into the 3D printer and align it according to your model’s settings. Start the print job using the recommended settings for the filament you are using. Monitor the first few layers to ensure adequate adhesion.
Cleanup: When your print is finished, carefully remove it with a spatula. PrintaFix can be cleaned with warm water, PrintaClean, or an alcohol-based solution.
