Bambu PAHT-CF Bambu PAHT-CF is a composite of PA12 and carbon fiber. Inheriting the advantages of low water absorption from PA12 and high-performance carbon fiber, Bambu PAHT-CF offers excellent mechanical and thermal properties that can be maintained well even when the prints get wet. Higher Z adhesion layers and flexibility make it ideal for creating engineering parts such as functional prototypes, machining fixtures, injection molds, jigs, and low-volume production parts.

High-Performance Carbon Fiber

Bambu Lab PAHT-CF is a composite material made of PA12 and carbon fiber. It combines the advantages of PA12’s low water absorption with those of high-performance carbon fiber, offering excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Its enhanced Z-axis adhesion and flexibility make the material ideal for producing engineering parts such as functional prototypes, machining fixtures, injection molds, jigs, and small-batch parts.

RFID for Smart Printing

All print parameters are embedded in the RFID tag, which can be read via the AMS (Automatic Material System). Just load and print! No more tedious adjustments.

Low Water Absorption

With 50% lower water absorption compared to standard PA-CF, Bambu Lab PAHT-CF retains its excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability even in high humidity.

Exceptional Z-Bonding

Compared to standard PA-CF, Bambu Lab PAHT-CF exhibits much higher adhesion in the Z-layers. This enables it to withstand strong impacts or stresses without breaking or deforming.

High Tensile Strength

Bambu Lab PAHT-CF is designed to meet the demands of various industrial and technical applications that require high strength and durability.

Developed for High-Temperature Resistance

The heat resistance of Bambu Lab PAHT-CF is up to 194°C (0.45 MPa), making it suitable for applications where printed parts may be exposed to high temperatures without warping or losing their strength.

Reusable spool

Bambu Lab PAHT-CF comes with a high-temperature-resistant spool that does not warp during the drying process. In line with our commitment to reducing plastic waste, the spool can also be reused with other Bambu filaments.
