Dimafix Print Bed adhesive spray 400ml

A good adhesion of your print on the printing bed is a must in 3D printing! To fix your object during printing and to avoid distortion, DimaFix is now available. DimaFix is a new aerosol spray adhesive for 3D printers with a heated print bed, which prevents warping of large objects. Dimafix is an adhesive aerosol spray that forms a strong bond between the first layer and the building board when the bed is heated to over 60 ° C. Below 60ºC DimaFix becomes inactive, so that prints can be easily removed from the building board. DimaFix - fixing spray ensures a firm connection between glass and plastic. The adhesive spray is completely water soluble, so cleaning the construction panel is an easy process.

When using materials that require a higher printing bed temperature, Dimafix is the best solution. The range between 90° and 140°C is the maximum adhesion range that allows the use of materials that are more stable and suffer more contraction. ABS, CPE +, PC, PP and others are materials that work within this optimal interval. This property also allows the construction of larger parts with less risk of warping and peeling.

Different pressure bed temperatures result in different degrees of adhesion:

Below 60ºC: No adhesion, the objects can be detached from the plate.
60 - 75ºC: Average adhesion for simple geometries.
75 - 95ºC: High adhesion for complex geometries and long prints.
Over 95ºC: Very high adhesion, for very complex geometries and very long prints.
