Intuitive operation and quick start

The Form 4 is extremely user-friendly thanks to the intuitive PreForm software. You can learn how to use it in just 15 minutes. From CAD file to print, it only takes a few clicks, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Unsurpassed print quality

The Form 4 achieves micro-level precision with an XY resolution of 50 microns and a minimum layer thickness of 25 microns. Whether smooth surfaces or razor-sharp details with a minimum size of 50 microns, this device is in no way inferior to injection-molded parts.

Versatile material options

The Form 4's range of materials is specifically optimized for different application requirements. It offers materials for impact resistance, stiffness, flame retardancy, and flexibility. In addition, non-acrylic chemical compositions such as real silicone, ceramic, and polyurethane are available, making it the ideal printer for specialized industrial applications.

Reliability and monitoring

The Form 4 boasts a high print success rate. With printer diagnostics and an integrated camera, print jobs can be monitored and managed from anywhere. The resin tank has a lifespan of over 75,000 layers, minimizing maintenance and maximizing reliability.

Post-processing and finishing

After printing, the Form 4 offers efficient and easy post-processing. Within just 15 minutes, prints can be removed from the Build Platform Flex and are ready for use. Further processing such as sanding, painting, coating, or electroplating is also possible.
