For flexible materials, a short direct-drive extruder with two drive wheels is recommended. With Bowden extruders, the print speed should be significantly reduced, for example to 20 mm/s or slower. After extended print times, residue may form on the nozzle. In this case, cleaning filament can help; if necessary, the nozzle or heatbreak should be replaced.
