eSun PA12+CF Filament

The eSun PA12+CF Filament is a high-performance PA12-based filament developed by eSUN with a 15% carbon fiber content. The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly increases strength, stiffness, and toughness, making the material a high-performance alternative for many metal applications. At the same time, PA12+CF offers low moisture absorption, high dimensional stability, and a matte, high-quality surface finish.

15% carbon fiber for high strength and stiffness

Thanks to the addition of 15% carbon fiber, eSun PA12+CF achieves significantly improved mechanical performance compared to unreinforced PA12. Printed parts are rigid, durable, impact-resistant, and resilient to mechanical stress. The filament is particularly suitable for functional 3D-printed parts, technical fixtures, robotics components, UAV parts, and applications where low weight must be combined with high stability.

Low moisture absorption and high dimensional stability

PA12+CF has low water absorption, which means printed parts are less affected by humidity and temperature fluctuations. The high dimensional stability supports precise, reproducible print results and reduces dimensional deviations during use. This makes the material ideal for technical components where fit accuracy, dimensional stability, and reliable function are critical.

Heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and self-lubricating
