BioMed Clear Resin is a highly advanced, transparent synthetic resin specifically developed for medical use. It combines hardness, strength, and high wear resistance with excellent biocompatibility. Certified to USP Class VI, this material is ideal for applications requiring direct contact with the skin for more than 30 days, the respiratory tract and mucous membranes for more than 30 hours, or brief contact with bone and tissue for up to 24 hours. It is ideal for the manufacture of medical end products, prototypes, as well as pharmaceutical applications and drug delivery systems where wear resistance and low water absorption are critical.

Manufacturing Standard and Compatibility:
BioMed Clear Resin is produced in our ISO 13485-certified and FDA-registered facility. It supports conventional sterilization methods and is compatible with a wide range of printers and resin tanks, including the Form 2, Form 3B, and Form 4 series.
