The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 3D printer is an ideal solution for industrial 3D printing with high-performance materials such as PEEK, PEKK, or ULTEM.

The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 is a 3D printer that, thanks to its heated build chamber (up to 90 degrees Celsius), can also process high-performance industrial materials. The print head can be heated up to 500°C. This allows for the processing of highly industrial materials that are particularly suited for temperature resistance and durability. Thanks to the clever dual-extrusion mechanism—which always lifts one print nozzle to ensure high-quality surfaces—multiple materials can be processed simultaneously. The printer’s build plate levels itself automatically using a high-precision sensor.

In addition, the printer features sensors that can detect filament jams and when the filament runs out, pausing the printer in a timely manner. Power failure recovery is also supported, allowing the printer to resume printing without issues even after a power outage. This makes it possible to produce larger print objects within the spacious 30x30x40 cm build volume.

The Pro 410 has a built-in network interface, allowing you to access the printer’s camera and check the print status remotely. The device itself features a 7-inch full-color touchscreen, which makes operating the printer as easy and intuitive as possible.

The printer’s filament passes through a heated drying chamber. This ensures that the printing material reaches the print nozzle in ideal condition. The variety of materials is enormous. Thanks to the heated build chamber, the following materials can be printed on the Intamsys Funmat Pro 410:
