This print bed adhesive is suitable for professional use. The adhesive ensures that prints adhere well while the print bed is hot and are easy to remove once the bed has cooled down. Furthermore, it is easy to clean off any adhesive residue.

PA (polyamide) is typically offered in three different variants for FDM 3D printing. These are PA12, PA6.6, and PA6. Sometimes these materials are also reinforced with additional polymers, such as carbon or glass fiber. In general, nylon exhibits high strength, load-bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. As a result, it is frequently used in a wide variety of industries. Nylon filaments can be challenging to print with, as they have an increased tendency to warp and distort. Additionally, there are several PA variants, which can cause further confusion and difficulties.

Magigoo-PA is the specialized solution for printing with nylon filaments. It works with a wide range of filaments, making it an ideal complement.

Tips:

Shake well before use.
Apply Magigoo by pressing the bottle’s nozzle onto the print bed. This opens the valve inside, allowing the material to be applied.
Print according to the filament manufacturer’s recommendations.
For larger prints, we recommend a 20mm brim.
Wait until the print is finished and the print bed has cooled down. The print should peel off the bed easily.
If you have difficulty removing it, you can, if possible, apply a little water to the print bed to help loosen the print.
Clean the print bed with a cloth dampened with water.

Using the wrong filament type with the wrong Magigoo adhesive can result in excessive adhesion and cause damage to your print bed.
Some adhesives may contain substances that cause corrosion and eye irritation. Wash your hands after use. Ideally, we recommend nitrile gloves for use with the adhesive.

Magigoo bottles have a spring-loaded cap. To open the bottle, you must press the cap onto the printing plate.
If you squeeze the bottle on the sides, the front cap may pop out. Please never squeeze the bottle on the sides!
