The Magigoo HT glue stick provides ideal pressure bed adhesion of PEEK, PEKK or PEI (Ultem)

The Magigoo HT glue stick is best suited for high temperature materials. As usual with Magigoo, the prints adhere perfectly to a heated printing plate, but at the same time can be easily removed once the 3D printing is finished and the printing bed cools down. Important: Using this glue stick in combination with standard filaments (PLA, ABS, etc.) can cause excessive adhesion to the printing bed, which can cause damage during removal. Please use only the recommended materials with this glue stick.

High-temperature materials such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone) are advanced engineering thermoplastics with fantastic properties. They offer improved mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures compared to conventional thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem and PPSU and their carbon and glass fibre reinforced counterparts. Due to their high temperature resistance and other exceptional properties, these materials are in great demand at high temperatures and high general material requirements. Performance applications, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries, use these materials in end applications and functional prototypes. Furthermore, these materials are also in demand in the chemical, petrochemical, medical and research industries. Due to their tendency to warp, high temperature filaments prove to be demanding materials for FDM printing. Magigoo HT is a special solution for high-temperature materials and is also suitable for their higher printing temperatures.

Tips:

For larger prints we recommend a Brim of 20mm.
Magigoo HT was developed for glass surfaces and shows the best efficiency there. The adhesive pin also works on high-temperature Garolite and other common printing bed surfaces.
