High-Performance Functional Parts

Thanks to PET CF’s excellent strength and stiffness, you can easily produce high-performance and functional parts. Further enhance the quality of your parts by annealing them after printing. This process contributes to even greater strength, stiffness, and temperature resistance.
Take advantage of the remarkable capabilities of UltiMaker PET CF to produce high-performance functional parts that can meet a wide range of requirements for various applications. The key benefit: PET CF’s already high strength, stiffness, and heat resistance can be further enhanced through annealing. The annealing process increases the temperature resistance of your parts from 80 °C to an impressive 181 °C. Strength can be increased by 30%, and stiffness by 10%. You can achieve all of this using the recommended and validated BINDER FP115 programmable oven.

Applications of Ultimaker PETG CF Filament

With a flexural strength of approximately 100 MPa and a stiffness of approximately 6,000 MPa, Ultimaker PET CF offers outstanding mechanical properties suitable for a wide range of high-performance composite applications.
