Lite6 HotEnd - Full Kit by E3D

Easy to use

Think of the Lite6 as the V6’s little brother: it’s a more affordable hot end with more modest specs, but it’s still a great option for beginners and those on a tight budget. Although it’s an entry-level hot end, it retains the excellent extrusion control you’d expect from an E3D product.

Great for everyday materials

The use of a PTFE liner creates a temperature limit of 240°C, so it’s not the hot end of choice for printing higher-performance engineering plastics like nylon, polycarbonate, or Ultem. The Lite6 has a slightly shorter effective melt zone than the V6, which means print speeds are somewhat lower, but it is still suitable for nearly all 3D printers on the market. If you need more speed, you can, of course, easily upgrade to the Volcano or the full V6 version.

Reliable

The Lite6’s stainless steel housing makes it incredibly robust and resilient to the mishaps that new users inevitably face. The stainless steel parts are incredibly heat-resistant.

Compatible

We’ve reused as many parts from the V6 and the rest of the E3D ecosystem as possible, such as the polycarbonate fan duct and the proven ball-bearing 30mm fan. Most importantly, we use the same highly optimized nozzles and heat blocks to deliver great performance in the most critical areas of the Lite6.
