Titan Aero Kit by E3D

The Titan Aero is E3D’s compact combination of a hot end and extruder—combining all the performance, reliability, and user-friendliness of the V6 and Titan.

Compact & Stable

By combining the V6 and Titan into a single unit, the Titan Aero delivers a compact extrusion system that provides an additional 25 mm of build height on the Z-axis compared to the combination of V6 and Titan in a direct-drive configuration. In this case, compact also means stable. The shorter overall length with an integrated flush means that the Titan Aero can withstand the knocks and bumps associated with the fastest 3D printers.

Great for flexibility

Thanks to a short, well-contained filament path, there is less room for the filament to bend, kink, or jam, which means the Titan Aero is suitable for printing flexible filaments like TPU at low speeds.

All-metal construction

Titan Aero is based on the E3D V6 all-metal design, which allows you to reliably 3D print any filament up to 285°C as standard.

Modular ecosystem compatibility

Titan Aero is compatible with the E3D ecosystem, meaning you can upgrade your setup to your desired specifications. Choose from a range of heat blocks, temperature sensors, heating elements, and nozzles.

Easy to install, easy to use

Titan Aero is mounted using the standard NEMA 17 mounting pattern. This allows it to be mounted on a wide variety of 3D printers, making it easy to design custom mounting solutions for your setup. Alternatively, thanks to fantastic community support, there are many pre-made mounts for the most popular printers on the market available on file-sharing platforms.

Thanks to Titan’s custom design and rigorously tested extrusion system, the Aero is extremely reliable while retaining all its smart user-friendly features. Loading and unloading filament, manually extruding, adjusting the idle tension, and cleaning debris from the extruder are all a breeze. The use of Titan’s 3:1 gear ratio is a perfect match for the compact yet powerful motor, ensuring a lighter carriage while maintaining reliability and thrust.
